Guide very knowledgeable and entertaining
It was easy to book. I liked the tour and the guiding. The guide talked not too little or too much. Many guides tell too many details, but not this one. It was a comfortable boat. It was quite a long walk from the town centre, and in a strange area. That is good to know for future attendants.
Great to see the city from the river, also loved that we went a route further along the river. The guide was lovely and good fun. Well worth doing. The area that you get the boat from is also worth spalding some time around. The sea sculptors are interesting and the art gallery is great. Grab a drink, sit by the water and walk back via the river. A great day out.
The best boat tour of the four I took in Poland. Our guide Jack, was enthusiastic and informative. The boat was comfortable and we were shown many interesting sights. I highly recommend this tour!

Dropped pin location for tickets and boarding is a little out but we had a nice relaxing tour.

We have problems with the booking, yesterday we book an at the stop the driver wasnt there, today when we arrive at the place the app told us to be at 8:30 am and we were there from 8:00 am and it wasn't until we had wi-fi that we got a message that said that we had to be at 7:30 am not 8:30am as the app says. We ask do a Solution and it was none solution, we ask for a refound or a Reschedule and same answer, even when we didn't got the correct info
Everything on time and well done. A bit of time should have been given to munch something or for shopping.

My experience did not happen and I have been waiting to hear back from you for days and days. I have never had a worse experience with a company ever.
Simon, my driver, and Anna/Anya, my guide, were terrific. Both lovely, friendly people. The whole trip and experience was fascinating and I very much enjoyed it. I knew very little about Stutthof before I visited and now it is somewhere I intend to research
The experience was not there, the tour was cancelled for me after I paid. As a courtesy before charging clients make sure of the availability with the local tour operator you rely on

Everything went very well. Got an audio guide in German. Admission starts at the booked time. The castle is overwhelming and you have to see it. The guided tour with audio guide is very detailed and the whole visit is an unforgettable experience.
Even though it tells you to show up 15 min earlier you Cannot receive your audio player until the marked time. Which is fine. As i stood for the last 10 min people could not form a line and kept sneaking in front of my family. Which is.... OK. But when they unlocked the door people were pushing almost running over my son. Maybe putting out rope to keep people in check. Also as we toured with our audio we loved it however we missed half of the castle and had to sneak back after the audio tour to see the rest.
Buying online allowed me to avoid a long line at the ticket office. Audioguide essential to best enjoy this wonderful castle.

I love castles and getting to visit the biggest brick castle in the world was amazing. I thought the pacing of the tour was really well done.
I bought the tickets online. No long wait times. Took a guided tour with audio guide. Works fine. Very nice castle, very big and very interesting.
Castle is visually stunning - audio guide was also very infomrative and each section was very well explained. Loved the amber exhibition and castle gardens in particular.
When buying a ticket for the main exhibition, it was not mentioned that access to the tower and the crypts would be excluded.
